Chrome Delete: Removal or wrapping of chrome elements on vehicles for a more modern, custom appearance.

Car Detailing: Comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning, restoration, and protection services for vehicles, including washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, and more.

RV/Boat Detailing: Specialized cleaning, detailing, and restoration services for RVs and boats to maintain their appearance and functionality.
The details of each service, including pricing and estimated time of completion, will be provided prior to service and may vary based on vehicle specifications, RV/boat type, and customer preferences.
2. Service Requests and Scheduling:

Requesting Services: To request a service, customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle, RV, or boat, and service requirements (e.g., tint film type, level of paint correction, chrome delete specifications, detailing preferences).

Scheduling: Appointments for services will be scheduled based on availability and customer preferences. A Plus Automotive Care, LLC will confirm the service appointment via phone or email. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle, RV, or boat is ready for the service on the scheduled date and time.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as specified in the service agreement.
3. Pricing and Payment:

Legal Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that any window tinting complies with local, state, and federal laws. A Plus Automotive Care, LLC is not responsible for any legal issues, fines, or penalties that arise due to non-compliance with window tinting laws.
5. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee:

Satisfaction Guarantee: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all services, including window tinting, paint correction, chrome delete, car detailing, and RV/boat detailing. If the customer is unsatisfied with the service provided, they may request a full refund within 30 days, provided the service remains undamaged and in its original condition.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 30 days from the date the service was performed. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within [insert timeframe].
6. Warranty:

However, due to the nature of the service, no warranty is provided for the results. Customers understand that paint correction does not guarantee a flawless finish and that imperfections may remain or reappear over time.

Car Detailing: Detailing services are provided to restore the interior and exterior of the vehicle. While every effort is made to remove stains, odors, and dirt, no warranty is provided for the total removal of all imperfections.

RV/Boat Detailing: Warranty covers the cleaning and restoration services provided for RVs and boats. No warranty is given for long-term protection of surfaces or the removal of all stains or imperfections.
7. Limitation of Liability:

Limitation of Liability: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. This includes but is not limited to property damage, loss of use, or other personal losses.
