Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1st, 2024

Welcome to A Plus Automotive Care, LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including mobile car tinting, paint correction, chrome delete services, car detailing, and RV/boat detailing. By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Services Provided:

A Plus Automotive Care, LLC provides the following services:

  • Mobile Window Tinting: Professional window tinting services using high-quality films.

  • Paint Correction: Removal of imperfections like swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation to restore the paint’s smooth, glossy finish.

  • Chrome Delete: Removal or wrapping of chrome accents on vehicles for a more modern and customized appearance.

  • Car Detailing: Comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning, restoration, and protection services for vehicles, including washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, and more.

  • RV and Boat Detailing: Specialized cleaning, detailing, and restoration services for RVs and boats to preserve their appearance and condition.

The scope of work will be outlined in the service agreement before service is performed.

 

2. Booking and Appointment Scheduling:

  • Service Requests: To request services, the Customer must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle or RV/boat and service preferences (e.g., tint film type, level of paint correction, chrome delete specifications, or detailing needs).

  • Appointment Confirmation: Appointments will be scheduled based on service availability. The Customer will receive confirmation of the appointment, and changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Service Decline: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC reserves the right to decline service if the vehicle, RV, or boat is deemed unsafe for the requested services or if the information provided by the Customer is incomplete.

 

3. Pricing and Payment:

  • Pricing: Pricing for services is based on the type of service (window tinting, paint correction, chrome delete, car detailing, RV/boat detailing) and the specifics of the vehicle, RV, or boat. A detailed estimate will be provided before service begins.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, cash, etc.]. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Changes to Pricing: Prices are subject to change, and the Customer will be notified of any changes before the service begins.

 

4. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Money-Back Guarantee: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all services provided, including window tinting, paint correction, chrome delete, car detailing, and RV/boat detailing. If the Customer is dissatisfied, a full refund will be issued within 30 days, subject to the condition that the service remains undamaged and in its original state.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are subject to inspection. If a refund is requested, the Customer must submit a written request within 30 days from the service date.

 

5. Warranty:

  • Service Warranty: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC offers a limited warranty for all services provided. The warranty period will vary based on the service performed:

    • Window Tinting: Warranty covers defects such as bubbling, peeling, and fading of the tint film.

    • Paint Correction: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC provides paint correction services on an "as is" basis with no warranty. Paint correction involves the removal of imperfections from the vehicle’s surface, such as swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. However, due to the nature of the service, no warranty is provided for the results. Customers understand that paint correction does not guarantee a flawless finish and that imperfections may remain or reappear over time.

    • Chrome Delete: Warranty covers the durability and adhesion of the vinyl or wrap applied to replace chrome accents.

    • Car Detailing: Detailing services are provided to restore the interior and exterior of the vehicle. While every effort is made to remove stains, odors, and dirt, no warranty is provided for the total removal of all imperfections.

    • RV and Boat Detailing: Warranty covers the cleaning and restoration services provided. No warranty is given for long-term protection of surfaces or the removal of all stains or imperfections.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or any alterations to the work performed by anyone other than an authorized technician.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Information: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle, RV, or boat details and service preferences. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional costs, or the inability to perform the requested services.

  • Vehicle/RV/Boat Condition: The Customer must ensure that their vehicle, RV, or boat is in proper condition for the requested services. Any issues, such as damaged paint, previous film that requires removal, or surface concerns, will be brought to the Customer’s attention, and additional fees may apply.

  • Legal Compliance: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the window tint applied complies with local, state, and federal laws. A Plus Automotive Care, LLC will not be liable for any fines or legal issues arising from non-compliance with tint laws.

 

7. Liability Limitations:

  • Limitation of Liability: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the Customer unless caused directly by the negligence of the Service Provider.

  • Damages: In no event will A Plus Automotive Care, LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

 

8. Privacy and Data Collection:

  • Personal Information: We collect and store personal information such as your name, contact details, and vehicle/RV/boat information. This information is used solely to provide and improve the services we offer and to communicate with you regarding appointments, promotions, and service updates.

  • Data Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. By using our services, you agree to assume the risk associated with such transmissions.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

A Plus Automotive Care, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be posted on our website or provided to the Customer at the time of service. The Customer is encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution through the courts in [State/Country].

By accepting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
