Our Service Agreement
Effective Date: January 1st, 2024
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between A Plus Automotive Care, LLC ("Service Provider"), and the Customer ("Customer") who agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below. By requesting and accepting services from A Plus Automotive Care, LLC, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
A Plus Automotive Care, LLC agrees to provide the following services ("Services") to the Customer:

Mobile Window Tinting: Professional installation of high-quality window tint films for vehicles.

Paint Correction: Removal of imperfections like swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation to restore a vehicle’s smooth, glossy paint finish.

Chrome Delete: Removal or wrapping of chrome elements on vehicles for a modern, custom appearance.

Car Detailing: Comprehensive cleaning and restoration of the interior and exterior of a vehicle.

RV/Boat Detailing: Specialized cleaning, detailing, and restoration services for RVs and boats.
The specific details, pricing, and estimated completion time for each service will be provided prior to the service date.
2. Service Appointment and Scheduling

Requesting Services: To request services, the Customer must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle, RV, or boat, and specify the type of service required.

Scheduling: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC will confirm the appointment based on the availability of services and customer preferences. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle, RV, or boat is ready for service at the scheduled time.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: The Customer must notify A Plus Automotive Care, LLC at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule or cancel the service. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of [insert fee, if applicable].
3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing: The total cost of the services will be determined based on the type of service and the specifications of the vehicle, RV, or boat. A detailed estimate will be provided before service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle/RV/Boat Condition: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle, RV, or boat is in proper condition for the service requested. Any issues (e.g., damaged paint, pre-existing tint, or necessary repairs) should be disclosed prior to service.

Legal Compliance: The Customer ensures that any window tinting applied complies with local, state, and federal laws. A Plus Automotive Care, LLC is not liable for any fines or legal issues resulting from non-compliance with tinting laws.
5. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all services, including window tinting, paint correction, chrome delete, car detailing, and RV/boat detailing. If the Customer is dissatisfied with the service, they may request a full refund within 30 days, provided the service remains undamaged and in its original condition.

Service Warranty:

Window Tinting: Warranty covers defects such as bubbling, peeling, or fading under normal conditions.

Chrome Delete: Warranty covers durability and adhesion under normal conditions.

Paint Correction: No warranty is provided, as paint correction is an "as is" service.

Car Detailing: Detailing services are provided with no warranty for removal of all imperfections, as each vehicle's condition may vary.

RV/Boat Detailing: No warranty is given for long-term surface protection.

6. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or personal losses.

Damage to Vehicle/RV/Boat: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC is only responsible for direct damage caused by negligence during the service. The Customer must report any damages immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
7. Privacy and Data Collection

Personal Information: A Plus Automotive Care, LLC collects and stores personal data (e.g., name, contact information, vehicle details) solely to provide services and maintain customer relationships.

Data Security: We take reasonable steps to protect personal data but cannot guarantee complete security. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt mediation before seeking legal action. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of [insert state/country].
